What we collect

When you create an organization we store the account details you enter (organization name, contact name, email, phone, address) and the business data you and your team put into Rhizagen: customers, vendors, employees, jobs, inventory, vehicles, financial records and the files you upload. The field app records GPS position only while location sharing is on and only during working periods, as configured by your administrator.

How it is used

Your data is used to run your organization's account and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models. Payment details are handled by PayPal and bank connections by Plaid; Rhizagen never stores card numbers or bank credentials.

Where it lives

Each organization has its own isolated database. Data from one customer is never mixed with another's. Backups are kept to restore service and are deleted on the same schedule as live data.

Cookies

Rhizagen uses one session cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage for your own preferences (such as a remembered location filter). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
