The service
Rhizagen is a subscription business-management platform operated by Rhiza Generative LLC. By creating an organization you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization.
Subscription and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually, plus a per-seat charge for every login. Seats can be added at any time; added seats are billed from the next monthly bill, or for the months remaining in an annual term.
- New organizations receive a 30-day free trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you owe nothing.
- Payments are processed by PayPal. Failed payments put the account past due; access is suspended if payment is not resolved.
- White Glove Setup is a one-time fee charged with the first payment.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are not refunded for unused months.
Your data
Your organization owns its data. We keep it isolated, back it up, and make it available for export at any time, including after cancellation. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use Rhizagen only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with the service, or resell access.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Rhizagen's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
